VIP Protocol rules for the Darshan of Goddess Hasanamba

• More than 25 lakh devotees from the state and outside states are expected to come for darshan during the 2025 Jatra Mahotsav, and their safety and comfortable darshan is the most important responsibility of all of us.
• I respectfully invite you and your family, who are subject to etiquette, to come and have darshan of the Goddess.
• I would like to inform you that the etiquette system is fixed from 09/10/2025 to 20/10/202 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
• I have requested that you write to the District Collector’s Office e-mail address (deo.hassan@gmail.com) 5 days before the date you want to have darshan, so that there is no difference in etiquette.
• The date of the darshan of the dignitaries has been fixed in advance and confirmed. It has been requested to arrive one hour in advance within the darshan period and inform the officials assigned for the darshan.
• Only 4 people related to the dignitaries undergoing darshan (1+4=5) have been allowed for darshan.
• The district administration of the tourist temple in Hassan has made arrangements for the darshan of the dignitaries only in the designated darshan vehicles, and the dignitaries’ own or government vehicles have been allowed to park at the tourist temple.
• Due to the increase in the number of darshan darshans, only temporary rest arrangements have been made at the tourist temple.
