Footwear Release Rules

Rules for the release of footwear as footwear is restricted within the Jatra Mahotsav perimeter

• More than 25 lakh devotees from the state and outside states are expected to come for darshan for the 2025 Jatra Mahotsav, and their safety and comfortable darshan is the most important responsibility of all of us.
• Since it is the primary duty of all of us to create an atmosphere of devotion and devotion within the Jatra Mahotsav perimeter, it is mandatory for devotees to leave footwear anywhere.
• Devotees are requested to use the system provided for leaving footwear at the major places where devotees come and go in Hassan city, such as the Hassan KSRTC bus stand and the Hassan railway station.
• Entry into the city transport buses arranged for the purpose of transporting devotees for the Jatra Mahotsav with footwear is prohibited.
• Devotees arriving in their own vehicles are advised to park their vehicles in the parking lots and leave their footwear in their vehicles before arriving for darshan.
