I. PREAMBLE:
The Government of Karnataka has taken several measures for the educational and economic advancement of the Backward Classes under Article 15(4) and 16(4) of the Constitution of India. 32% reservation has been provided to Backward Classes and minorities in admission to professional courses and in state government appointments as per Government order No. SWD 225 BCA 2000
