SGRY-GP Allocation Module |

This module was developed to have an accurate allocation of cash/food grains to each GPs of the district under SGRY Program. It is useful to generate the annual targets for each GP based on district target/rural population & SC/ST Population of each GP. It also helps to distribute subsequent releases made by ZP to each of these GPs. |

Rehabilitation Module |

This module was developed to have a comprehensive database on land lost and land distributed in the district, on account of Hemavathy reservoir project in the district. This module will help to cross verify the claims made by the land lost people for the compensation from the government. |

This module was developed to help the office of the district urban development commission to mange its flow of letters from other offices to theirs and vice versa. This module is a customised version of the same module developed for DC office usage. |

The s/w was designed to effectively manage the funds/grants received from the government under IREP (Integrated Rural Energy Scheme) and its subsequent disbursements and the beneficiaries details. |

PDMS (Personal Deposit of Deputy Commissioner – management system) |

The s/w was designed to effectively manage the PD account of deputy commissioner. The s/w takes care of all the receipts for this account and disbursement of the amount voucher wise and a consolidated balance sheet at the end of each month. |

The ZP has setup a kiosk for dissipation of information of the various activities under taken by it. The kiosk is a single window system where one can get all the details. The front–end for the kiosk was developed to present the user to search vast resources by touching the kiosk screen. The s/w was designed in a user-friendly fashion. |

The asp’s were developed to give interaction to the database of ZPWORKS. The program was used to query the database based on the TALUK/GP/VILLAGEW wise works executed, costs involved, man-days generated. |

WATER SUPPLY MONITORING MODULE |

The program is in VB and Access as backend with kannada interface. This is to monitor the water supply related requests at the DC’s office. |

This project was developed to maintain the demand and collection from village level to taluk level. This Project generates various reports like detail report, Hobli abstract, Taluk abstract and Min head abstract. |

This Project is Developed to maintain the details of projects running under MLA’s Development Fund. It generates various reports like Work wise, Date wise, Amount wise, Implementing Officer wise and Status wise etc. |

This Project Capture the Expenditures incurred by the DC’s office under various heads. It calculates and Generates the monthly, head wise, upto the end of Previous month reports. |

Maintenance of Leave Details |

This project Contains two modules. One is placed at Administration Section with Options like Apply Leave, Leave Balance etc. The Second Module is placed at HQA’s Office, who Sanctions or Rejects the Leave Application of the Employees of DC’s Office. This eliminated the paper work and the employees can check the status of their leave application over the LAN. |

It bifurcates the various letters received by the DC’s office to the concern Departments for redressal. Once the reply to these letters has come from various agencies the concerned caseworker then recompiles them (Outward) At any given point of time the status of the letter can be tracked down as the program has built-in queries to do this. |

All the above projects were developed using VB as front end and MS-ACCESS/SQL SERVER as back end with KANNADA interface. |
